Group fitness is your support group redesigned. It’s just more fun in numbers. Each cutting edge class is designed to challenge your body, renew your motivation and yield incredible results. Whether you’re looking for to build muscle and improve endurance in a strength class, burn fat with a cardio class or improve balance and flexibility with a yoga class you’ll find it here. Pick a class, have a ball and meet new friends. It’s exciting, its fun and best of all you WILL get RESULTS.
   
DANCE CLASSES- Designed to burn 300-500 calories*
Dance Class

V Fitness – A strip and pole dancing class modeled after the popular “S Factor” workout created by Sheila Kelley. This fun workout combines Pilates and yoga with floor, wall, and pole work. Improve your flexibility and strength while having fun discovering your Inner Vixen.

This class is designed to improve your body *and* your self- confidence. Learn a few V Fitness routines and pole tricks for yourself: it’s up to you if you want to share what you learn with your special someone.

Come dressed in comfy clothes, bring your yoga mat, and be prepared to connect with your core sensuality and the confident Vixen within!

Pole Parties – Available- 15 person minimum required.
Basic pole package - 2 hours includes pole dancing floor work, basic pole spins, learn an entire routine- $25 per person

Deluxe Pole Package - 3 hours includes basic plus sexy lap dance routine and free gift for host- $40 per person

Step and Line Dance – You will have so much fun in this class you won’t believe you’re losing weight and toning a sexy body.

Hip Hop-ercise – Fun, relaxed class with easy to learn dance steps designed to burn a ton of calories, shape your body and give you that sexy summertime show off belly.

Seductive Chair and Pole – As seen on Oparh & The Today Show, This class will concentrate on the chair and will tone and shape every muscle in the body plus ones you did not know you had.

Seductive Pole and Chair dance – this class will incorporate the pole. You will learn how to pull yourself to the top of the pole and spin down it like a pro. This is one of the quickest way to tone the upper body and have a ton of fun all at once. (Stilettos are optional)

Salsa – Come shake, twist and have fun in this calorie zapping dance class. Look out Cancun here comes the new you.

TOTAL BODY SCULPTING CLASSES- Designed to burn 400-600 calories*
Step Class

Basic Step – A great place to start if you are new to step or just want a great workout without the complicated steps patterns.

Cardio Step – Consists of choreographed step patterns that will challenge your mind and body while burning a ton of calories. Some experience recommended.

Strength – A high energy fusion of cardio and strength training that will consume calories and strengthen and tone your body with extraordinary results. This class will push you past your limit with simple strong moves.

YogaVinyasa flow: This is a graceful flowing practice that creatively fuses the elements from other hatha methods, primarily Ashtanga and Yengar, depending on the approach of the particular teacher.

Each class is original and creative, focuses on the marriage of breath and movement and blends the artistic expression of the human heart with universal principles of alignment or bio-mechanics of the body. 

   
STRENGTH AND ABS CLASSES- Designed to burn 300-600 calories*
Abs

Maxx Fit – This is an extreme fitness class that will push your body to it's limit. You will do non stop intervals of strength, power, resistance and abs/ core training moves.

You will perform long bursts of maximum intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout will keep you constantly challenged and will burn up to 1000 calories per hour. This class will take your body to a new level.

This class is designed for people who are physically and mentally ready and is not recommend for beginners. If you are ready to challenge yourself and ready to get ripped this is your class.

Booty Camp – This is the ultimate Circuit workout combining intervals of Cardio drills and muscle conditioning drills. Enjoy a variety of classes that can involve running/ walking, relay races, tug of war, dodge ball, flag football, jumping rope, hula hooping, boxing and plenty more.

Body Bar – A rapid fat burning class that uses the Body Bar to give you the fastest way to tone and condition your muscles.

Butt, Legs and Abs – This is an intense class focusing on those trouble spots. Hit this class a couple times a week to get those sexy abs, toned legs and lifted butt just in time for bikini weather.

Kick your Abs
– This furious 25 minute abs class will challenge your midsection like never before. This class is designed to take you past the 6 pack to a 10 pack. Be prepared to buy smaller clothes.

Fit to Ripped in 90 Days – Do you have big vacation plans and want your body in the best shape ever? Then this is the class for you. It is a 1 hour, six days a week three month highly intense program. You will combine extreme strength training, extreme cardio, extreme yoga, extreme kickboxing and extreme stretching to reshape your body. This will keep your muscles confused and challenged forcing them into new growth. This program will slim, strengthen, tone, firm and add muscle mass. This program is for clients in good physical condition and health and needs to be tested into.

Extreme Strength Training – 1 hour class of breaking your muscles down from all different angles. Recommend a recovery drink after to help your muscles come back bigger and stronger.

Extreme Cardio – 1 hour class of challenging your body with plyo and cardio moves. This class will increase your explosive power to help your endurance and power.

Extreme Yoga – 1 hour class of static and ballistic yoga to increase your balance, flexibility, power and strength.

Extreme Kickboxing – this 1 hour classis a great cardio workout that combines marital arts punches, kicks and blocks to fight fat and kick calories.

Extreme Stretching – This 1 hour class helps you get the most from your workouts with the least amount of pain and recovery time and decrease the likely hood of receiving an injury while working out.

 

 

 
CIRCUIT CLASS
  This is a 30-minute class designed to give you a total body workout and is great for ANY level of fitness.  Various stations are set-up around the room that include upper body, lower body, core and cardio exercises.  Each exercise is performed for a specified amount of time, usually between 45 and 60 seconds.  Once that exercise is done, participants switch to the next station.  This process continues until all stations are completed.  This is great if you are just starting up or have been at it awhile.
 
CARDIO KICKBOXING
  If you want to learn how to throw punches and kicks in a way that will give you one of the best overall total body workouts you can get, come try out this 30- or 60-minute class.  You will throw jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and elbows to work out your entire upper body and core.  Through front kicks, rear kicks, side kicks, and knees, you will get a great lower body workout.  Then, you get to combine them together for even more of a challenge.  You will get a great cardio workout out of this class and, best of all, it’s FUN!  And not only will you get a great workout, you will also learn basic self-defense in the process.  No matter what your level of fitness or flexibility, you will thoroughly enjoy this class.
 
BUDA KHI MARTIAL ARTS CARDIO PROGRAM
Buda Khi

Buda Khi a martial arts cardio program created by 1998 Goodwill Games Martial Arts Gold Medalist and 2000 World Champion Black Belt Lester J. Easley. 

Over 13 years ago Buda Khi was created to help you burn from 500 to 1000 calories, while doing kicks and punches during the class.  This is like running 5 miles in 30 minutes without the hard impact on your body.
